The challenge

Hollard Insurance uses broker feedback to improve its service offerings, initially using SMS to get feedback before switching to WhatsApp. Because of the 160-character limit with SMS, Hollard had a 7% response rate when getting post-sales feedback via SMS surveys, so they couldn’t effectively get their messages across.

How Hollard claimed a 5x increase
